How to replace wheel bearings on a mobility scooter

Bev rides her mobility scooter/chair in the grass and the mobility scooter is not designed to handle that much wet. Consequently, the water got into the wheel bearings and rusted them. I replaced them and bought a spare set. I’ll probably get a couple more years before they will need to be replaced again.
