TO ENLIGHTEN...LIGHTEN uP!!

To Enlighten, we must Lighten uP!!
Appreciating our lives and our prospects at turning Clown World upside down on its head, are worthy of getting excited, and joyful about!! It is the innerspace from which we are capable of co-creating this ascended space together. Dread, fear, condemnation and judgement will only compel a return of more of the same.

Addictions are a personal endeavour as to what triggers, through mirroring, our egos and that cozy, uncomfortable space of momentary escapism. The first thing we must do is be okay with who we are. Who we truly are. Forgiving ourselves and others is key. Self-LOVE boundaries are required to be enforced, to have a new and actually safe place to exist within.

I am not a doctor, nor am I a licensed counselor. My experience and knowledge is all firsthand.
Rehab is a safe place to go and take a vacay from life, and get a handle on peeling your onion on your own, with all the tools that work. Everyone has differing tools within their toolbelt. If you would like some tips and tricks that have worked for me, reach out and I will share them with you.
