An update on our rescue horse with his new friend Penny. He is settling in. Day 3.

Our new rescue horse is no longer wanting to leave the property, he stays close to our old horse, Penny. Penny will be 30 years old this year (2021)

He still has an anxious or worried look in his eyes, which is completely understandable. That will go with time.

I think he is looking better already after a few days.

The supplements are:
copper (Australian soils are high in iron, it inhibits the uptake of copper and zinc)
zinc
calcium (grasses high in oxalates, inhibits uptake of calcium)
biotin (healthy hooves)
toxin binder (the grass see heads get a mould that can cause nervous disorders)
