Sterilized at 22 | Storytime

Today, I'm ready to finally open up about being sterilized... at 22 years old!!

As a 24 year-old woman, I have struggled with opening up to others regarding my choice of being childfree. When you're "young" and tell people you don't want to have kids, they assume that you are joking. "You're so young, you'll change your mind", "I said the same thing when I was you're age and now I've got three kids!"... and I could go on and on, but today is a new day and a New Year!
It’s 2021 and I am ready to share this part of my life with you.
