Delicious Japanese cake

Ingredients:

2 pcs of egg
20ml or 4 tsp Milk
30grams or 3.3 tsbp of all purpose flour
1.25ml or 1/4 tsp of vanilla (optional)
25grams or 2 tsbp of sugar

Here's how: (important tips)

1. I used all purpose flour but it's your choice if you want cake flour
2. Whip the egg white to dry peaks to make it thinker
3. All the way low heat about 5 minutes on each side. You can adjust thickness buy putting water in case (set aside if ever you need it)
