Ouch! The Russian Cup football final saw punches and kicks thrown.

The finish of Lokomotiv Moscow's 2-0 victory against Ural Yekaterinburg in the Russian Cup final on Tuesday was overshadowed by a major brawl on the pitch (May 2). A major brawl erupted as the game came to a close. The dispute was begun by one player from each side, and then many more joined in. A number of red cards were issued as a result of punches and kicks. Artyom Fidler and Edgar Manucharyan of Ural, as well as Jefferson Farfan and Ari of Lokomotiv, were all sent off. In a tense final, Lokomotiv won the Russian Cup with a 2-0 victory.
