Delicious caramelized vermouth roast recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg of roast beef
2 tablespoons of white flour
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
10 grams of butter
a pinch of salt
1 glass of vermouth
rosemary
4 cups of vegetable broth
cooking time: in the pot for 2 hours and 45 minutes
Recipe difficulty: 9/10
Steps:
In a container pour 2 tablespoons of flour, then cover the roast with flour
In a saucepan, pour a tablespoon of oil and 10 grams of butter
Add the rosemary and a pinch of salt
Melt
Add the roast and let it sear on all sides
Add a glass of vermouth
Add two ladles of vegetable broth
Cook with a lid
From time to time add a few ladles of broth and turn the roast to another side
Cook like this for about 2 and a half hours
After this time your roast will be ready!
