Overflowing Artesian Well Leaking out of the Well Cap Into the Basement Fix

This artesian well is a beast, we get so much water coming out of it on its own which gives us some problems in the winter as the overflow line freezes in the winter (another thing I need to fix)

I just figured we might be able to help someone else if they had the same issue. I tired sealing the sleeve and conduit where it comes in on the basement foundation bit it was not possible. We used some Lexel to make a seal of the top of the conduit sleeve inside the well cap that way it would overflow to the outside and not the sleeve.
