Trying out Mad City on Project Nested w/ SNES9X

Neither Mad City or Bayou Billy are shown to be tested on Nested. I went with Mad City because Bayou Billy has that PCM audio near the start that I'm certain would fail.

The game seems to play a bit slow, and will crash at the chopper boss on the first rail shooter stage.
