Making A Vegan Deep Dish Pizza

I made a vegan deep dish pizza once again. For the crust, I started by pouring a packet of the Fleishman's Pizza Crust yeast in a cup of water I microwaved. I stirred this up and allowed it to sit for five minutes. Next, I poured 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1/3 cup of Canola oil, salt to taste, garlic, powder, and the yeasty water in a bowl and stirred this into a dough. After all the ingredients were combined, I kneaded the dough for about five minutes on a surface sprinkled with flour so it would not stick.

The convenience of the Fleishman's Pizza Crust Yeast is that the dough does not have to rise, so I simply pressed the raw crust into two glass baking dishes. I prefer using glass baking dishes, and the bonus is these pans create deep dish pizzas. I cut up green bell peppers to put on one pizza along with tomato sauce, Follow Your Heart Shredded Cheese AlternativemDairy-Free Parmesan Style, sliced mushrooms, and Yves Veggie Pepperoni. All the ingredients for this pizza are vegan, and it is another variation of the various deep dish pizzas I enjoy making.

I baked the two pizzas in an oven at 425°F/218°C for about 25 to 30 minutes. I allowed the pizza to cool off before cutting a slice to enjoy.
