Trying out Street Fighter VI 12 Peoples on Project Nested (1.4.1) w/ SNES9X

1.4.1 seems to have fixed some issues with the bootlegs running on this engine crashing on Zangief and Honda fights. These fixes probably also apply to the one with original characters I tried before.
