Trying out a ROM hack on Project Nested (1.3) w/ SNES9X - Tropical Island

As a general principle, it seems fairly basic graphic/map hacks should all work fine, but there's potential for things being a bit weird when mechanics are changed. Thankfully, all seems well here.
