Making THE best pancakes with a twist!
Today I make my favorite recipe for pancakes, and guess what? They are 100% vegan! Meaning no eggs, no dairy, no animals!
Recipe:
1 1/3 Cup Flour
3 Tsp. Baking Powder
1Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 1/4 Cup Milk (dairy free)
3 TBSP. Butter (dairy free)
1 Egg (Flax egg) = 1 TBSP flax seeds (ground) 3 TBSP. Water (combined wait 10-15 min)
Combine dry ingredients then add wet to dry. Mix, cook, and enjoy!
