After beating stage IV cancer—and then COVID pneumonia—Richard started sharing his workout story and building a dedicated community of FitFAB warriors.

This led to the release of Fit for Any Battle, his best-selling book that describes Richard's health journey as well as laying out the structure for the FitFAB workout.
