Indian Minister responds to critics of Russian oil imports and Chinese relations
In reply to a question over India funding Russia over its military operations in Ukraine through its oil imports, the External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar said, "Tell me buying Russian gas is not funding the war? Why it's only Indian money, oil coming to India which funds and not gas coming to Europe which funds?"
"Europe has to grow out of mindset that Europe's problems are world's problems. But world's problems are not Europe's problem. China-India happened way before Ukraine."
