    Every substance known to man can be addictive. Dill pickles, apple pie, cannabis, all addictive. Here is a question ignored. Does mental illness precede cannabis use, or does cannabis use precede mental issues? So much disinformation. I had cannabis in 1970 that was as good as any weed in a dispensary today. We had hash, and hash oil. It was harder to find, but just as good. The "average" potency has increased, but the top shelf then, was as good as now. Ask anyone with fifty years of history.
