1944 Mai Tai by Trader Vic

.75 oz. (22ml) Fresh lime juice

.75 oz. (22ml) Orgeat

.5 oz. (15ml) Orange Curaçao

1 oz. (30ml) Martinique-style Aged Rum

1 oz. (30ml) Demerara-style Aged Rum

Method: Whip-shake all the ingredients and strain into a rocks glass – Top with crushed ice.

Garnish: Fresh mint, spent lime wheel, Stir stick, straw

QB Cooler by Don The Beachcomer

1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Orange juice

.5 oz. (15ml) Fresh lime juice

.5 oz. (15ml) Clover Honey syrup (50:50)

.25 oz. (7ml) Velvet Falernum

1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum

1 oz. (30ml) Martinique-style Aged Rum

.5 oz. (15ml) Demerara-style Aged Rum

2 Dashes Angostura bitters

1 Barspoon Ginger Syrup

Method: Whip-shake all the ingredients and strain into a rocks glass – Top with club soda and crushed ice.

Garnish: Fresh Mint, Stir stick, straw
