The No Brainer
.75 oz. (22ml) Fresh lime juice
.75 oz. (22ml) Demerara syrup
1.5 oz (45ml) Pineapple juice
1 Dash of Angostura bitters
.25 oz (7ml) Passionfruit juice
.25 oz (7.5ml) Velvet Falernum
.5 oz (15ml) Orange Curaçao
.25 oz (7.5ml) Orgeat Syrup
.5 oz (15ml) Spiced rum
.5 oz (15ml) Dominican rum
.5 oz (15ml) Demerara-style rum
.5 oz (15ml) Puerto Rican rum
Method: Whip-shake all the ingredients and strain into a rocks glass – Top with crushed ice. 
Garnish: Fresh mint, spent lime wheel, Stir stick, straw
