The MS Interviews w/ Whitney Ross Gray
Every week 200 new people are diagnosed with MS. The disease has been on a high trajectory path since 2009. Most researchers in the space agree that it’s an autoimmune disease. This actually means it can be controlled by diet and lifestyle. However, the steps needed to control it seem to vary from person to person making solid advice hard to find and apply with success. While some of the steps seem to have universal benefits, the nutrition part is the most elusive and very individual. Over 2021 we will provide several MS Interviews with people who have had success controlling both relapses and progression of their MS in hopes to share some possible tactics to help others improves their lives.
