This episode of MYG I make an Espresso using the Bialetti Moka and I whisk the foamy “schiuma” by hand to show you how I do it.

**************************************
What You Need:
• Bialetti Moka Coffee Maker
• Water
• Tempered glass or cup to whisk in
• Granulated Sugar or Brown Sugar
• Ground Espresso
• Small Spoon
• An Espresso Cup

What To Do
• Unscrew The Bialetti open
Fill the bottom with water to the level of the valve
• Add the Filter (middle piece)
• Fill the top of the filter with coffee (compress a bit)
• Seal the Moka and Put it on the burner with the flap open so that you can monitor when the first few drops come out
• Add 2 small spoons of sugar for each cup of espresso you are making into your whisking cup or glass
• When the first few drops come out take the moka temporarily off the heat and pour it into your sugar and start whisking while putting the moka back on the flame to finish the espresso
• Once the coffee is completely brewed pour a heaping spoon of the whisked sugar over a cup of espresso
• Mix and enjoy!
