• Alcohol Bite: A bit of a bight
• Citrus: Nice Citrus zest
• Bitter: Wormwood, long lingering bitterness and astringency

La Fee Absinthe / France / 66% ABV
• Herbaceous: Natural, herbal woodsy, less licorice
• Sweetness: Dry
• Alcohol Bite: Balanced
• Citrus: Lemon balm
• Bitter: A bit of woodsy bitterness

Grand Absente / France / 69% ABV
• Herbaceous: Mint, balm, anise
• Sweetness: Dry
• Alcohol Bite: Integrated well
• Citrus: Lemon balm
• Bitter: Yes - Wormwood and Gentian

Mari Mayans / Spain / 70% ABV
• Herbaceous: Pleasant
• Sweetness: Balanced Perfectly
• Alcohol Bite: Some
• Citrus: Yes Fresh / Orange
• Bitter: Very little

Absenta Tunnel / Spain / 70% ABV
• Herbaceous: Light Anise- mostly licorice
• Sweetness: Dry
• Alcohol Bite: Firm Heat
• Citrus: Yes Fresh / Orange
• Bitter: Very little

Kubler / Swiss / 53% ABV
• Herbaceous: Rich anise, fennel,
• Sweetness: Dry
• Alcohol Bite: Firm Heat
• Citrus: Coriander lemon
• Bitter: Towards the back end – with dryness

• Herbaceous: Gentle anise
• Sweetness: Dry (Needs sugar)
• Alcohol Bite: Sharp
• Citrus: Pick on the fly
• Bitter: Angelica herb Bitterness
