Campari Seltz
2.25 oz. (7 Cl.) Campari (Cold)
Top With High pressure Seltzer Water (Cold)

Instructions: Chill a Highball glass (or your favorite rocks glass) in your freezer. Pour the ice cold Campari and then top with ice cold Seltz at a high pressure so that the drink mixes itself. To do that male sure you double-charge your ISI Siphon with Co2.
