Everyone knows that volleyball is very hard on the legs and feet. Constant and persistent jumping and stretching is all part of the game. It is one sport where leg exercises are extremely important to keep the muscles and joints flowing freely. This is why volleyball players usually remain on court to complete some stretching exercises before leaving. Although there are no national boundaries for stretching, there are some notable differences when it comes to the way it is done. Most European girls typically stretch with just their sneaker laces and knee guards loosened or removed, but most do not remove their socks as it may be considered unmannerly. Safe to say, regardless of culture, even the pretty ones must be yearning to completely remove their footwear right after a tough game!

However, culturally, the Korean girls behave exactly the opposite. They seem completely at home removing their sneakers and socks right in front of their fans. They do not feel bashful even when physios help them stretching out in their bare feet. Even the pretty ones immediately undo their sneakers and remove all their foot gear in front of the camera.

There is no doubt that legs and feet become very sore after a full game of jumping in tightly laced up sneakers and socks. When it comes to comfort, the Korean girls definitely come out on top in this respect. On the other hand, civil-minded European girls such as the Italians refrain from removing anything but their kneepads for stretching. Owing to their cultural differences, European girls have to pay the price of keeping their sweaty socks on until they reach the changing room!
