Las Vegas Police Shoot 93 Year Old Man - Was It Justified WHEN He Shot?

I don't have a problem with this guy getting shot. I have a problem with incompetent Gov Showing UP and shooting first when there less threat, and then DID NOT shot when there was more threat.
Gov Accountability is key, not more training, not more cops, not more gov.

Robert Thomas died in jail at age 94 . He shot the apartment manager because his apartment flooded and felt he was not being taken care of properly. He told arresting officers he would do it all again. In court, he told the judge he didn't shoot to kill, "just to mess him up a little".
