Granola Coconut Chocolate Chip Walnut & Granola Cinnamon Walnut Mixed Fruit Cookies

Prep. Time – 25 mins
Makes more than 60 cookies

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of butter (Room Temp.)
1 cup of Water & ½ can of Condense Milk mixed together
4 cups of Granola
½ cup of Walnuts
½ cup Milk Chocolate Chip
½ cup Shredded Coconut
3 teaspoons of Grounded Cinnamon (you can add more than 3 tsp.)

Split ingredients in two separate bowls:
Bowl #1 - ½ Granola, ½ Walnuts, Cinnamon, 1 tablespoon butter, a pinch of Salt
Bowl # 2 - ½ Granola, ½ Walnuts, Chocolate Chip, Coconut, 1 tablespoon butter, a pinch of Salt

Whisk 4 eggs with a pinch of Vanilla Extract/Essences, a pinch of Nutmeg (Optional)
A pinch of Tonka bean or Vanilla Bean (Optional– just leave out of the recipe if you don’t have any)

Oven Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Alternative Ingredients:
Real Butter or Margarine & Vegan Butter are great options
Cherries and Apricot or Cranberries, Raisins, Blueberries, Peaches
Tonka Bean – Vanilla bean can be a substitute
