William Cooper on MK Ultra: The True Evil Behind America's Mass Shootings (Especially Schools)

Many years ago ex-US Naval Intelligence Officer William Cooper wrote a great book called "Behold a Pale Horse". It became legend among conspiracy theory scholars. Imyself have two copies lying around. This week we had Jeff Reesor from InfoWars publish avideo reminding everyone what Bill Cooper said about the government using drugs and mind control (MK Ultra) to groom Manchurian Candidates to carry out these false flag school shootings. Under Joe Biden the mass shootings are going through the roof. THe Tulsa Medical Building Shooting was the 233rd mass shooting of the year. (Remember that a mass shooting is when 4 or more people are shot in the one event). Bill Cooper said that the government wanted to crack down on America's rights to the Second Amendment. With Joe Biden's recent comments about the mass shootings Bill Copper may well be right as he rests in peace. Let's take a look.
