Charleston SC Catholic School Discovered To Have Windows Into Locker Rooms/Filmed Students Changing

Plate glass windows were installed in each of the 3 locker rooms at Bishop England High School when it was built in 1998. It has now been discovered that the windows have been used to film nude and partially nude students in those locker rooms. They were discovered on a device owned by the school itself.
This seems VERY strange. Plate glass windows in the locker room? cameras? The school was BUILT that way? What is going on? We will do our best to find out!
