Time to have some fun. Starting your day with a morning workout is one of the best habits you can incorporate in your life. You do not need to exercise for hours a day to stay fit and agile. This 20 minute routine includes 20 functional movements. Stay hydrated by drinking filtered spring water before and after the all standing, all levels, low impact routine.
