This guided exercise is for anyone who may be experiencing the effects of trauma or PTSD. As part of our response to trauma we begin to over process information coming in as being dangerous and perceiving more situations as a threat. This creates triggers. Triggers lead us to respond to these situations inappropriately. You'll need a pen and paper as Dr. Traci teaches you how to more accurately recalibrate our perception and response to trauma.
