Then, bring your attention to your midline or center, and make an intention to return all your energies from the left and from the right to the center from all spaces and all timelines. Visualize that your body is protected by an egg-shaped energy field which could be white, golden, or violet. Then move on to protect your key energy centers the seven chakras. Through this process, you are being protected from the inside as well as from the outside.
Finally, your immediate, ever-present connection to source is your inner sun shining within.
