Person rescues baby bird with stuff wrapped around leg.

Yesterday I saw a baby swallow on the porch. When I released it I saw that it had nesting material wrapped around it leg ,so it couldn’t fly good. I recaught and took the stuff off I later saw it and it’s siblings all sitting in a row on the clothes line together.
