3 years ago we planted our first cocoa tree in our permaculture food forest.
Since then, we have planed many more cocoa trees and Katae has been learning the craft of bean to bar chocolate making.
In January of 2021 we launch our artisan chocolate brand known as Anarchy Chocolate.
This is our story, as a married couple combining our passions to create something delicious and beautiful.
