Ursula von der Leyen's speech announcing the unblocking of 35 billion euros for Poland, with conditions.

The milestones have to be reached to receive payment. The conditionality for receiving funds is a dangerous precedent, and one that the EU will use to force us to accept the supremacy of EU law.

Every other EU country, besides Hungary, has recieved these funds without conditions.
