8 acre Illinois Investment property VLOG, Fresh air, update, property management

02-05-21. Join me for some fresh winter air, and some sunshine down here in Southern Illinois as the high today is supposed to be 47 degrees! I'll show you the next leg of the dismantling and rebuilding process of this 8 acre Southern Illinois investment property and start working on it with some light chainsaw work with the Milwaukee electric M18 fuel chainsaw. Also today we'll take a look at the Dynahoe backhoe to see if the boys have made any progress on getting that thing fully up and running and removed. While some property management aspects such as today's video might seem trivial, they are all necessary to clear some land, remove the junk and make some major improvements that will help you sell the property much sooner and for a higher price than if you just left it 'as is.'
