America had just lost the space shuttle Challenger and a courageous crew of seven shortly after liftoff.
No single part of the country felt the pain of this terrible accident more than the city of Houston, Texas.
Jean-Michel Jarre brought his performance to the city in a bid to help heal the wounds felt by all Houstonians.
It was an evening that will forever be etched into to minds of everyone who was in attendance. Over a million Houstonians attended the concert.
