House arrest for minimum and early parole on maximum sentencing, Bill C5

Liberal MP Francois-Philippe Champagne and David Lametti - Serious crimes will be punished with serious punishments.
Bill C5 changes both minimum and maximum sentences to be lowered from 3 months to house arrest and 40 year parole changed to 25 year parole.
