Learning to Observe: Step One, The Gathering (Preparing to Regenerate & Heal)

I am going to share in a short video today how you learn to observe with an eye, a listening, and how you glean insights about regeneration and healing.

Healing is nearly absent in the biomedical model of today and, it is a forgotten art form that truly is no longer taught anywhere. While it does take many years you become better with time and attention to learning each and every day.

Observation, looking is not judgment and so your observations are best worded and thought of as what you see and not your opinion of the person for what you observe.
