Rahu in 2nd/3rd house

Rahu the North Node of the Moon is the reason why we are born. It is the planet of desire and wherever it sits in your chart, you need to explore it and through this you will bring the much needed balance with the opposing house where Ketu the South Node is situated. Rahu casts a shadow, smoke and illusion to the house it sits in and indeed the planets it co joins.It is a naughty planet though and in the 2nd can cause some issues which can manifest differently in different people. In some it could be that they eat a lot, consume too much alcohol, take drugs, unusual voice, teeth issues, speak foreign languages or tell little fibs. In 3rd house they can talk a lot and curse etc.
