Beardsley Doctrine: Article V-Sympathy for Criminals but Apathy for Victims

Article V discusses the failed policies that have created an unacceptable amount of crime in our country. Crime that has caused millions of Americans to become victims. It then exposes the new policies being promoted for what they are, more failed policies that will create millions more new victims of crime while doing nothing to reduce crime. It concludes by presenting a clear strategy on what needs done to reduce crime, protect law-abiding Americans, and keep our country safe.
