How to Use Progressive Muscle Relaxation for STRESS.
In this video, I will discuss the basics behind PMR – Progressive Muscle Relaxation, how to go about setting up your environment, and how to implement PMR for stress and anxiety relief.
PMR is all about recognizing the difference between relaxing and tensing the muscles. That way when you are stressed, you can distinguish when your muscles tense and redirect that tension towards a more relaxed state by consciously relaxing the muscles.
