Today's patient is a female in her mid-40's who lost over 100 lbs with diet and exercise! She's been successful in keeping the weight off for over a year, but unfortunately still has excess skin and fat on her tummy as well as the sides of her chest and her arms. So Dr. Katzen is going to perform a #TummyTuck to give this patient a better shape in her abdomen, as well as an arm reduction to give her skinnier arms. In order to avoid hangover skin, Dr. Katzen is also going to perform an axillary Z-Plasty to give the patient the best results possible
