Michael Sussmann Walks

Apparently, lying to the FBI is ok this year. A year or two ago, not so much. What changed? The political party of the accused it seems. One judicial jurisdiction has been the center of some controversial decisions as of late and I bet you won't have a problem guessing which one. Let's look at the tale of two cases: Michael Sussmann, the Clinton campaign attorney and Mike Flynn, former Trump National Security Advisor and military General. One plead guilty and the other walks. Is it the death of justice for the D.C. Circuit?
