Kasgro depressed heavy load car. final destination.

Swung through Newark Ohio around March 6th 2021 and found heavy load cars there. wondered why and had a hunch, figured the line was plugged up so went on an investigation. and I was correct. got the Kasgro red and ready heavy load car waiting to be unloaded at the new gas powered power plant being built in Byesville Ohio. but I think it was the final destination of the train that Wide World of Trains caught a day or two before. go check out his catch and tell me what you think.
