Removing Protective Cover From Tractor PTO - Lubing Expandable Shaft Of PTO (Power Take Off)

Getting this plastic safety cover off the PTO can be Tricky. Hopefully this will help others.
NOTE: When I say metal Sleeve, it has a metal piece inside, I know what you see is Plastic, I did not explain that well.
