Recently I read an article that described the differences between the two... ⁠

Skyscrapers have foundations, but they're not as deep as the outside structure ⁠
⁠
And on the other hand, Icebergs have only 20% on show, with 80% of it being below the surface ⁠
⁠
Would you rather be an Iceberg with a solid, secure base that stands in the face of any storm? ⁠

Or... ⁠
⁠
Do you want to be a showy Skyscraper that's built on flimsy foundations? ⁠
⁠
