Welcome to Fairway Estates! This neighborhood tour shows off some of the Fairway Estates neighborhood in Dunedin, Florida. We'll also drive through nearby Highlander Park and show you the Community Center and Dunedin High School.

An established neighborhood in Dunedin, Florida, Fairway Estates is comprised entirely of single family homes. Homes were built primarily in the 1950s through the 1970s and range from 1300 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. Many homes also have private, inground pools. Some homes in the neighborhood also have golf course frontage on the historic Dunedin Golf Course or lake frontage on Lake Saundra. The average price ranges from $250,000 to more than $500,000.

The neighborhood is easy accessibility to the Dunedin Country Club which is open to the public as well as the Dunedin Community Center, Dunedin Fine Arts Center, and Highlander Park. An easy bike ride away one can find the Dunedin High School, restaurants, and convenience stores. Downtown Dunedin is approximately 3 miles away, driving, and the Dunedin Causeway is approximately 2.5 miles away.

Of note in this community is the historic Dunedin Golf Course and Country Club. It was built in 1927 and became home of the PGA in 1944. The PGA Seniors Championship played here for 18 years from 1945 to 1962 when the course and country club was sold back to the City of Dunedin. Dunedin Golf Course & Country Club was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
