Polystyrene Foam Diy | Lost Foam Casting with Polystyrene Foam | DIY at home

In this video I'll be using polystyrene foam to make a metal logo. This is a technique called "lost foam casting". The best type of foam to use in this type of casting is polystyrene. I carved out the logo in the foam using my FoxAlien 4040 CNC router. I then coated the polystyrene foam using household wall plaster, thinned with water. Once I did that 2 times I then let it dry and burried it in sand. I don't want to ruin the video by explaining everything. Sit back, kick up your feet, and enjoy the video!
