Self defense training for beginners at home first has to start with the defense to be a better prepared you.

In this video, I am introducing you all to the "hand to hand" combat training and I use the words combat training" very loosely! In fact, let's just call it my "heavy bag workout." At some point, you may have to part with your EDC. What will you do, if a bad situation still presents itself? This is why it is a must for me to able to handle myself without my G2c!
