H.B. 99 in Ohio Will Save Lives By Allowing Teachers to Carry Guns

The bill sponsored by the wonderful Thomas Hall allows teachers to carry guns in schools with 20 hours of training, to be first responders in crises management scenarios. Any solution less than this option is not an attempt to solve the problem of mass school shootings.
