This is part 2 of the CSX local staging cars, just as the the CSX local was pulling out of the warehouse and getting ready to head back to the parsons yard, Norfolk Southern was pulling the grade with mixed fright. I was using the scanner on my phone and forgot to shut it off before filming, sorry it takes over once in a while.
